Google has retired Android and introduced all new Google Play. Google has merged all the Apps, Music, Movies, and Books All Under One Roof in Google Play.

Just a few days ago there was a rumor that Google’s next Tablet is going to be named Google Play but that was just Rumor.Today Just half an hour ago Google Revealed this all new app store.From now Android market will be called as Google Play Store.

Google is hoping that Google play will attract more people, who occasionally visits and buys apps from Android market.They have also put Music, Movies, and Books within one umbrella so there may be better user engagement.

Google will keep initial changes as minimal as possible. And you will not notice any changes except the name Google Play. For Android users (2.2 and above) will notice software update soon.

To promote Google Play Google has launched a promotional “Seven Days to Play” sale. During this period users will get Apps, Music, Movies, and Books at discounted price.
