Smartphone game developer farm Half Bricks Studio(the Developer of Fruit Ninja) launched Jetpack Joyride in Google play store for Android platform. The Jetpack Joyride was previously available at Amazon app store, and from now it is available at Google play store fro free of cost.

The Jetpack Joyride game won several awards, and some of them are:

2. Gamasutra Mobile Game of 2011
3. Game Revolution Best Mobile Game 2011
4. Pocket Gamer – Overall Game of the Year 2012

Jetpack Joyride gameplay

Jetpack Joyride has a very simple game play. Barry Steakfries is the main character who breaks into a secret lab and collects jetpacks from evil scientists. The player need to save Barry Steakfries while flying and save him from various obstacles by the use of jetpack.

During the fly Barry Steakfries collects coin, which he later used to buy various cool stuff. The speed of flying can also be controlled and boosted up by the use of Lil’ Stomper, Crazy Freaking Teleporter and Profit Bird.
